Two convenient ATM locations include: the main entrance and near the south entrance.

Public restrooms are located in the Mall Management Office hallway and in the South Commons near North Grand Cinema.

For emergencies, please contact Mall Security or Maintenance at (515) 291-9924. The Mall Management Office can be contacted at (515) 232-3679 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays.

Mall Walking Hours start at 7 a.m. Monday – Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.

Track your steps: 1 Mile – JCPenney to the Soutn end 3.5 times OR throughout all  hallways 2.5 times.

North Grand Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks. This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines, Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School and Holiday. Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.
